Returns Policy
Return and refund is applicable only if products are damaged in transit or if wrong products are shipped.
We require an full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly. Without unboxing videos damage claims will strictly not be considered.
Returns cannot be acceptable for size differences in the bangles. Please check the bangle size chart before placing order or contact us to help with sizes.

For Silk Thread Jewellery customization time varies from 5 to 10 days depending on the order and for delivery it usually takes 3-7 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 15-20 working days for international orders.
