Shipping and Delivery

We provide 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙂 of products across India for all orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹799 we have a small shipping charge of ₹80 per order within India. We provide tracking number for all our orders. Once the order is shipped the customer will receive the tracking number through an email on the registered email id.

Please provide the proper address with correct pincode. If courier was not delivered due to incorrect address customer will be responsible for the return charges.

We are not responsible for delays that are caused due to unavoidable reasons. To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have tied up with Shiprocket for local shipments and Aramex for our international couriers.

For Silk Thread Jewellery customization time varies from 5 to 10 days depending on the order and for delivery it usually takes 3-7 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 15-20 working days for international orders. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.

We do take international orders. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your country from the available options. Please note that international shipping may have certain restrictions, additional fees, and longer delivery times due to customs clearance and local regulations.
