In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and a description or images of the issue.

We require an full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the box to the defect being showcased clearly. Without unboxing videos damage claims will strictly not be considered.

Return and refund is applicable only if products are damaged in transit or if wrong products are shipped. Once we receive the product back, it goes through quality check only then refund will be provided. Refund will not be applicable if package is refused by recipient or after failed delivery attempts by our courier agent. We can't provide the exact date and time for delivery it depends on the courier services.
Returns cannot be acceptable for size differences in the bangles. Please check the bangle size chart before placing order or contact us to help with sizes.
